Soulja Boy has repeatedly shown that he doesn’t mind going toe-to-toe with anybody in the music industry — even if it means taking the disrespect to a whole new level.
On May 13, the rapper indeed took it to another level when he called out Metro Boomin for a tweet that he made 12 years ago.
“My phone rings to come to the studio with Jeezy,” the tweet said. “Yours rings to send Soulja Boy a pack of beats. Sit down.”
There’s no idea how Soulja got his hands on such an old tweet, but he went on Instagram Live to discuss the tweet.
“F— is you talking about, Metro Groomin,” Soulja said. “You was lit about going to the studio with Jeezy? Stop playing with me. I had a number one in 2007 when I was 17, f— n—-. You was still in elementary school. You was in middle school.”
“F— is you hype about going to the studio with Jeezy for? B—- a– n—-, I was making beats for Gucci! I don’t give a f— about no Jeezy, n—-. I was in the studio with ‘Guwop’ at 18,” Boy continued.
The reppaer then commented under an Instagram post regarding his rant and said that Metro Boomin had 24 hours to delete the tweet.
“Or what,” responded 21 Savage, stepping into the feud.

Soulja Boy sends shots at 21 Savage and Metro Boomin’s late mother
Soulja continued to harass Metro Boomin on Twitter and disrespect his mother, who was killed in 2o22. He also had a few words for 21 Savage as well.
“I’ll beat the f— out you @MetroBoomin and @21savage sign the boxing contract since u p—- n—– so tough,” Soulja Boy said.
“Happy Mother’s Day @MetroBoomin,” Boy wrote in one tweet, followed by “You sacrificed your own mom @MetroBoomin. You a puppet.”
“All the streams, sales, money and fame not gone bring your mom back @MetroBoomin. Was it worth it? I can say f— this money and fame s— and still be a boss can you?” he stated.
