Kenya Moore is receiving an outpouring of support from her “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-stars as she navigates a challenging period. The reality TV star took to Instagram Live to address her critics and share her side of the story following her suspension from the show.
Moore was suspended after allegedly displaying explicit posters of her new co-star Brittany Eady during the grand opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa in Atlanta. The network is still reviewing the content, but Moore has already faced significant backlash.
During her Instagram Live, Moore’s colleagues, including Drew Sidora and Porsha Williams, showed their support. Sidora complimented Moore on her hair, while Williams called her a queen and expressed love and solidarity. Other co-stars like Shamea Morton and Angela Oakley also voiced their support.
Despite the suspension, Moore remains focused on her goals. She shared with her followers that she is dealing with a lot and needs some self-care. Moore emphasized her determination to succeed as a business owner, despite the public criticism.
“The way that people go out of their way to disparage your name or ruin your business, I’ll never understand it,” Moore said. “Leave me alone. I’m a single mom. I’m out here just like anybody else. I am not getting child support, I’m not getting anything. I’m taking care of my daughter on my own.”
Moore also showcased her new salon during the livestream, reiterating her commitment to achieving her dreams. “I stay winning, you know?” she said. “It is in my blood. Success matriculates around me. So, I accept that. God has given me that, but I also give back as much as I possibly can.”
As Moore continues to face public scrutiny, the support from her co-stars and fans serves as a reminder of her resilience and determination to rise above the challenges.
